TL/DR: Product as expected, some minor issues resolved quickly through positive interactions with seller. All up, would buy from them again.
Detail: Delivery arrived intact and on time. Minor dust. PC was as specified. SSD supplied was high on hours and S.M.A.R.T. values indicated it was likely to die imminently. Also found M.2 retention screws missing. Contacted seller via eBay and they organised a suitable replacement HDD and missing screws to be delivered quickly. Operated flawlessly since.
